Entrepreneur with expertise in medium-sized businesses
Prof. Dr. Norbert Winkeljohann is an auditor and tax advisor. Until June 2018 he was Chairman of the Board of Managing Directors of PwC Europe SE Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft. Born in Osnabrück, he sits on the Supervisory Boards of various major German companies, including Deutsche Bank AG. He is Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Bayer AG, Osnabrück’s Sievert AG and Heristo AG in Bad Rothenfelde. "In one of his previous functions, Winkeljohann was responsible for PwC's European SME business. He is a proven expert in medium-sized structures and at the same time strongly rooted in the Osnabrück region. He knows the area and its people," explains his predecessor Franz-Josef Hillebrandt.
Three decades with a view to the future
Franz-Josef Hillebrandt, former Chairman of the Board of the Osnabrücker Sparkasse, has been accompanying Bohnenkamp for more than 32 years; first as a member of the Friedel Bohnenkamp GmbH & Co KG Advisory Board, then as Chairman of the Advisory Board and from 2001 on as Chairman of Bohnenkamp AG’s Supervisory Board. During this time, the company developed into one of Europe's leading suppliers of tyres and wheels for professional use, took over and founded various international companies and developed the logistical location Osnabrück into a state-of-the-art central warehouse with over 85,000 sqm of storage space.
Formative personalities
The change at the top of the Bohnenkamp AG Supervisory Board of is characterised by two strong personalities. Gregor Rüth, Chairman of the Bohnenkamp AG Board honoured the change with both a look back as well as a a look to the future: "On behalf of the entire staff, I would like to thank Franz-Josef Hillebrandt for our long, open and constructive cooperation.
